First day of work after the long 10 day break... Feel very "nua"... Wasn't in the mood to work. Now I'm even more ure then ever that I want to quit this job. Wanna get a job before my deadline... 93 more days to freedom....

Happy birthday everyone...

*Ha ha* Hope you guys had your yu sheng... I had already lau my yu sheng 4 times already... How horrible...

Spent the whole day at Ivy's place, then we had dinner outside together with her dad. Then went back to her place.

Got to work tomorrow... How sucky... Lost another ring for my buttons...

I bought this mini monopoly for Simon and Ke... Hope they like it.

Chu liu (the sixth day)...

Orchard outing
Went out with Ivy and her aunt, so that her aunt could pick out a DnD dress...
Bought myself a PSII controller... Yellow in colour...

Ivy bought that Sammi album for me at Westmall!!! Yeah!!! So happy!!!

Chu wu (the fifth day)...

Cafe you know where my hangout is again...
Went to practise guitar at CE...
Sat down outside with KK, Joy, Ivy, Simon and Ke.
Was a really quiet day, but couldn't go to plasma to check out, cause Simon and Ke had to work without their chef.
The lamb chop had shrunk, while the half chicken went black...
But it's not half bad... *LOL*

Chu Si (the fourth day)...

Encounter
Was waiting for KK, Lynn and Alvin when me and Ivy met Jo and Janson with their steads. Long time no see liao... Was excited to see people I used to know... Was so cool...

Magic Kitchen
Yeah... Watched me favourite Sammi Cheng in this movie... although the movie sucks... Lynn's friend left after the movie and so did Lynn.

Cafe Epicure!!!
Me, Ivy and KK sat down at cafe with Alvin and BJ. Alvin and BJ went on to Plasma for K session and more drinks. At the end of the day, both Alvin and BJ were so drunk that they messed up the cafe as well... Felt bad for Ke and Simon, cause they have to clear up the mess the two made.

Chu san (the third day)...

Starting out
KK came over to Ivy's place then we played PSII, kenna trashed on my own PS by Winning Eleven... Now I hate ManU even more... Cause I hate Beckham... But I support Liverpool... Because of someone... *Hee*

Moving on
Went to Joy's place and played FIFA... Lost to her at penalty shoot out...

Dinner... Real early dinner
Had steamboat at KK's place. First steamboat I had without vegetable, chicken soup and the "ball" stuff, but we had lots of prawns. Then we played Fatal frame 2 on KK's PSII. Xing Tian came along and she helped a little. Played daidee at KK's place with her dad.

Chu er (the second day)...

Visiting again...
Went to my dad's good friend's place... Got a gold coin for my angbao... *Haha* Made everyone jealous... It's this 24K gold horoscope coin... Then I stayed at home doing this 1000 piece puzzle. Was supposed to go to my aunt's, but I turned it down so that I could go out with Ivy.

River angbao again... Nowhere else to go???

Went to MM to pei Alvin, but ended up she and Jo went to Chocolate bar. Me, Ivy and KK had a drink each then left for home.

Chu yi (The first day)...

Happy New Year to one and all...

Reunion dinner
Had this 8 course dinner at NUS... Was good, but a little too steep... Plus they took too long to server the food. After that I left to river angbao, while my parents went to have their rounds of Jackpot.

Lousy trip
I took 188, and dropped off at World trade, switched to NE then dropped at Dhoby Ghaut, then wanted to catch this 75, but the lousy bus left without stopping... In fustration, I took a citycab to Marina Square. Then I had to lose my wallet in the cab... Darn!

River angbao
Reached there at around 9 plus, Joy, KK and Ivy already half dead waiting for me... *LOL* Took a rew rides to release my frastration. Went on that merry go round thingy for 7.50 (3 tokens) with KK and Joy. I was really scared at first, thinking "What? No belts?". But everything turned out great, the ride was really fun, but feels like some fat idiot sat on me... *LOL* Then we went on that Crazy Surf (or Something Miami) ride twice. First time with Ivy, KK, Joy, Alvin, Jo and Pearlyn, Ivy almost fainted. Then the second time with Pearlyn, Jo and KK. We watched Pearlyn fly all over the seat. *LOL* This time we got a longer ride cause someone wanted to get off.

Fireworks
At 2330, the seaside was already packed. Joy, KK, Alvin, Pearlyn and me climbed over the fence to sit on the rocks. Ivy wanted to stay behind the fence. We sat there watching the fireworks, and all the while I was thinking... *yawnz* Isn't this a repeat telecast of last year? To think I was so excited...

Temple
After the fireworks, Joy, KK, Ivy and I walked to guan ying temple at this Bugis to try our luck. Joy and Ivy decided to wait outside, while KK and I tried to squeeze our way in. KK bought that "lucky" joss sticks and gave 1 to me. We gave up after seeing no movement, stuck our joss sticks outside. We looked at each other and laughed, cause there were tears streaming out from our eyes due to the smoke. It was really hilarious.

Police Station
Took a cab to near Joy's place to make the police report for my lost wallet. If not for the stoopid warrant card, I would have waited for the next day to make the report. It's like the wee morning. Then ended up finding out that my wallet was turned in already only after making the report.

Visiting
Went to my grandma's at Toa Payoh and I fell asleep. Then went to Tiong Bahru... As usual... My dad made this funny joke about us eating leftovers from last new year, cause the caterers came up with the same dishes we had last year. *LOL* Then the usual business talk to the relatives... Then I went to Annie's grandma's...

Love triangle
Another broken hearted soul on new year besides my bro... *Haiz* It's sad how my 2 long times friends could quarrel and fight over a guy...

Anyway, I went to that river angbao again... This time no rides... (-_-)

New Year's Eve....

Tonight's the night to party.... Going back later on to have my reunion dinner with me parents and big bro. Hope we have steam boat tonight... But I heard we'll be going to NUS for dinner... Sigh... Whoever heard of going to a guild for reunion dinner??? NVM... Tonight got fireworks!!!

It's been a while....

since I got to rest and have fun for the whole day yesterday... We went to cafe and Lynn got her chance to try out her new green guitar. Then we went to party world to K the night away. Lynn's friends joined us Gina and her younger sister. KK, Joy and I had a few rounds of pool as well... Then we went to Kopitiam for supper.... What a fun night... Glad I get to relax after so long.

Today is Lynn's birthday!!!

We're going to Orchard to celebrate Lynn's bday... was supposed to meet earlier one, but I fell asleep.... What to do? I just finished night shift... Tired leh...

I'm so poofed... Still got to work tonight... What kind of life is this?

I've got the blues blues blues.... Is my life all about work, work and more work? So depressed.... especially at a time like this... as we are drawing near to Chinese New Year... Kenna the stupid arrival car again... Haiz... So tired.

Backpackers rules!!!

Saw this 3 Caucasians going on this backpacking trip during the course of my duty. Glad they could make it to Malaysia in the end.... Would hate to see them make a wasted trip. Hope they have fun!

OT day...

Haiz... How pathetic.. got to do OT again... What's this about if you don't do OT you cant take leave kind of thing? But knowing that I already got a festive advance and that I may be broke next month, I decided to take the OT. I don't mind helping them out on Hari Raya Haji, but that's the most. Wanna get out of this job as soon as possible.

A Shopping We Will Go...

Went shopping for new clothes and got myself a few items like a new wallet, 2 new shirts, 1 new pants and some new underwear... *LOL*

Went to buy this Turkish ice cream for Ivy, then kenna cheated so many times by the guy... But at least I managed to cheer Ivy up...

Went through the Chinatown market, before heading down to Bugis.

KK bought some new tops and Joy bought a pressie for her classmate... Ivy bought a new skirt using her own money... I'm so proud of her! Hope she carries on working towards a more independent attitude. I cross my fingers hoping that she doesn't wear them before the big day.

For those counting down to Chinese new year as well... it's only a week away!

Bumped into Ke when we got out from the NE line at Chinatown. Turns out we were going to the same shop. Wanted to get this wine saver for Ivy's aunt, but we couludn't get the brand that she wanted.

I bought myself a bar blade... What I have been wanting since Altivo...

Helped Ke picked out a new plate for her new dish, then we cabbed down to cafe where Ke cooked us both the fisherman's catch.

Had to rush to work by cab and caught my transport just before it went off...

Our 1 year 5 month anniversary...

Yeah... We're still around..

It's King Kong's bdae....

Bought her a skateboard for the occasion. At first I was only worried if she liked the present and if her mum would throw it out...

Lucky she likes it so much... I'm happy for her too...

Celebrated her bday at cafe.... Was there alittle late, but at least not too late...

Had cake all over my face again... Just like my bday... Ha Ha Ha... Was really fun.

Love.... It's a sadist affair...

Was reading some of the blogs and diaries of close friendsand they brought back some memories... Both good and bad. *Haiz* But sweet to think of... *Sigh* Thinking about past relationships and romances that may not have been and I guess will never be.

I had 2 wonderful stories in my life about 2 really wonderful and beautiful gals (which figures why I didn't get hooked up with them)... *Shucks* They were just too good for me. Eventually things drifted apart.

Human nature is rather funny. We get blinded and hurt by love, but we don't seem to care till eventually a choice has to be made, then some go into a state of depression and regrets.

Sometimes selfishness gets in the way and we end up hurting our loved ones.

We wish our partners happiness after break ups, but deep inside our hearts we hope that the one day they realise the one they love most turns out to be us...

Work out day...

Had to move my 2 gigantic boxes of comics to Ivy's place. Last minute thingys... Called up my moving crew... *LOL*

The taxi driver refused to take us at first... Then through some mighty squeezing we managed to get in the cab. 1 box at the back, and the other in the laps of Joy, Ivy and KingKong.

After the giant workout, we moved on to Newton Circus market. Had a heavenly feast of Black pepper chili, Chili Stingray, Sambal Kangkong and lastly... *Yum* Fresh bloody cockles. On me of course.

Anyway, I owe it to my good friends Joy and Kingkong that my comics are safe. Thanks guys! I owe it to youse. [=)]
